Become a Court Interpreter

If you wish to become a Qualified/Certified Court Interpreter, you may become a Freelance Interpreter. As a Freelance Interpreter, you are not a full-time or part-time employee of the Kentucky Court of Justice (KCOJ) or the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). The KCOJ requires all Spoken and Visual Language Court Interpreters to successfully complete the certification process.
