Take I-64 East to Frankfort's second exit, Exit 58. Turn right off the exit onto U.S. 60 (Versailles Road) and then turn right at the first stoplight onto Highway 1681. Take the first right onto Democrat Drive. The Kentucky Court of Appeals is the second to last building on the right.

Directions from Lexington:
Take I-64 West to Frankfort's first exit, Exit 58. Turn left off the exit onto U.S. 60 (Versailles Road) and go through the stoplight. At the second stoplight, turn right onto Highway 1681. Take the first right onto Democrat Drive. The Kentucky Court of Appeals is the second to last building on the right.
