You will need to contact the circuit court clerk’s office in the county where your case was filed to request copies of court records. There may be a fee for copies. Contact information for clerks’ offices.
Can you answer my questions about my child support?
The Administrative Office of the Courts is not involved in the establishment, modification, or enforcement of child support obligations. Child support is generally determined according to the Kentucky Child Support Guidelines. Where should I report suspected child abuse, neglect, or dependency?
Any person who knows or has reasonable cause to believe that a child is dependent, neglected or abused must report this information to law enforcement, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, or the Commonwealth or County Attorney. If you need to make a report, you can call the Abuse Report Hotline, 1-800-752-6200.

How do I file a complaint against a lawyer?
By Kentucky Supreme Court rule, complaints against a lawyer must be made to the Kentucky Bar Association, 514 W. Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601-1812. All complaints must be in writing and notarized. More information and a complaint form can be found on the Kentucky Bar Association website. 
How do I file a complaint against a judge?
The Judicial Conduct Commission was created by the Court of Justice to receive, and when appropriate, investigate, complaints against judges. To file a complaint against a judge, write to: Hon.
