Wolfe County Judicial Center Project

The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Wolfe County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $10.93 million. The building will be approximately 33,500 square feet and is expected to be completed in winter 2011.
Brandstetter Carroll Inc. architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
