Russell County Judicial Center Project
Groundbreaking Ceremony: September 28, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Russell County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $11.62 million. The building will be approximately 33,700 square feet and is expected to be completed in spring 2011.
Brandstetter Carroll architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Branscum Construction Co. of Russell Springs is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
