Pike County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: October 27, 2010
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Pike County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $30.9 million. The building will be approximately 94,900 square feet and is expected to be completed in summer 2012.
Sherman Carter Barnhart architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
