Pendleton County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: January 31, 2008
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the Pendleton County project in 2005 and approved its funding in 2006. The total project cost is $11.7 million. The building is approximately 35,000 square feet and was completed in May 2010.
CMW Inc. architectural firm of Lexington designed the Pendleton County Judicial Center. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester was the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates the financial agent.
