Hancock County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: October 12, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Hancock County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $11.6 million. The building will be approximately 33,700 square feet and is expected to be completed in February 2011.
JRA Architects of Louisville is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and C.D. Bowling & Associates of Lexington is the financial agent.
