Carlisle County Judicial Center Project
Groundbreaking Ceremony: February 27, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly approved the Carlisle County project and authorized its funding in 2008. The project budget is $10.77 million. The building will be approximately 36,000 square feet and is expected to be completed in February 2011.
Murphy & Graves architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
