Allen County Judicial Center Project
Groundbreaking Ceremony: November 12, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Allen County Judicial Center in 2008. The total project budget is $14.5 million. The building will be about 41,000 square feet and is expected to be completed in summer 2011.
Sherman Carter Barnhart architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services for the project. Codell Construction Company of Winchester, Ky. is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
