Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Handicapped parking is located in front of the office. There is an elevator for the upstairs to the courtroom and handicapped bathroom facilities are available.
Drivers License Information:
In the Pineville office we have testing on Thursday starting with the road test at 8 a.m. The patron that is taking the test will need a valid Kentucky driver's permit as well as proof of insurance on the vehicle they will be using for the test.
Permit test is on the same day starting at 1 p.m. The patron will need to check in at the driver's licenses office with an original birth certificate and social security card, no copies will be accepted. The legal guardian of the patron will need to be present at the time of the test.
The Middlesboro office follows the same concepts except they test on every Wednesday. If you have any questions, please feel free to call (606) 248-0532.
