Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Circuit Court is on the 3rd Floor of the courthouse. There is no elevator. Public restrooms are in the basement of the courthouse and are handicapped accessible. District Court is in the building of the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk. It is handicapped accessible. Public restrooms are located in the basement of the courthouse across the street.
Services:
Old court records are available. It is 0.25 cents per copy. No records checks; forms can be picked up to send to AOC pretrial for record checks. There is a public display computer. Parenting Class and Kids Time Class are held the first Thursday in the Lyon County Judicial Center at 6:30 p.m.
Drivers License Information:
Written tests are on Monday mornings from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Call license examiner on Monday mornings at 270-522-6270 for driving test appointments.

For out of town citations: Money Orders for local citations, cash or local bank checks; Cash only for bail bonds; For filing cases: checks or cash
