Drivers License Information:
Driver's license renewal hours are from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Hours are from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturdays. Written tests are given from 12 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Road tests are given from 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. Sign up at 8 a.m. at the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk on Tuesday - Friday. Driver's testing phone numbers are 606-677-4029 or 606-677-4033.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Check and cash are accepted. Some but not all fees, court costs, and traffic tickets may be paid by credit card over the phone at 606-677-4029 or 606-677-4033. Bonds and filing fees are not eligible to be paid by credit card over the phone.
