Take Highway 127 North from Frankfort - Owenton is located on Highway 127. Coming from Northern Kentucky: Take I-71 North to Sparta Exit and Highway 35 into Owenton making no turns. Coming from I-75: Take Highway 330 turning right on 227 and left on 22 which goes into Owenton.

A parking lot is located behind the courthouse. Parking is also available around the courthouse.
