The Media & Public Affairs Department handles inquiries from the media, elected officials and community leaders. The department also oversees all internal and external communications, including the annual report and employee newsletter, and manages the customer comment card program, internships, onsite visits and tours, the speakers’ bureau, special events and press conferences.
