** LBA Self-Help Divorce Clinics in 2012 **
The Louisville Bar Association will be hosting several self-help divorce clinics in 2012. The clincs are free. Packets of divorce paperwork are required for the clinics and cost $10 (ten dollars). The packets can be obtained from the Family Court Clerk's Office in the Judicial Center and at any of the driver's license offices. Call the Clerk's Office at 595-3025 for more information.

Paying in Person
Cash, certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and checks (in most circumstances) are accepted. American Express, Discover, and MasterCard credit cards and most debit cards are also accepted. Visa credit and debit cards are not accepted at the counter of any Kentucky Office of Circuit Court Clerk due to Visa’s convenience fee policy.
Paying by Mail
Certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks, and business checks (in most circumstances) are accepted. Cash is accepted but not recommended.
