Department of Court Services
The Department of Court Services provides an array of direct services to the elected officials and personnel of the Judicial Branch. The department consists of the Divisions of Clerk Services, Court Interpreting Services, Judicial Branch Education, Mediation, Records and Statistics, and Training.

The Division of Clerk Services provides technical assistance and support to Kentucky’s 120 circuit court clerks relating to the management of court records and financial transactions.

Division of Court Interpreting Services |

The Division of Court Interpreting Services provides uniform and consistent court interpreting services for individuals who have a limited ability to understand English, are deaf or hard of hearing, or are unable to speak.

Division of Judicial Branch Education |

The Division of Judicial Branch Education develops and delivers continuing education and training to the elected judges and circuit court clerks and to non-elected court system personnel.

Office of Mediation |

The Office of Mediation provides individuals with timely, cost-effective ways to settle their legal disputes.

Division of Records and Statistics |
 |
The Division of Records and Statistics provides the Kentucky Court of Justice and the public with criminal record reports and statistical reports through data generated or collected by the state court system.

Division of Training |
 |
The Division of Training facilitates staff development trainings for Kentucky Court of Justice personnel and provides a variety of law-related education programs for the public.
