Q: Can I request a record on another person? A: Yes. A criminal record report is public information. You will not receive the following case types: Juvenile, Mental Health, Civil and Domestic Violence.
Q: What type of information is contained in a criminal record report? A: All misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five years and felonies dating back to 1978.
Q: Is there a convenience fee to pay by credit card? A: A five percent convenience fee is assessed by the credit card vendor.
Q: What type of payment is accepted? A.: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and most debit cards.
Q: If I mail my request to AOC, how long will it take to receive my results? A: It could take up to 7 to 10 business days.
